FILLING
Egg omelette (whole eggs, whey, nonfat milk, vegetable oil [corn and/or soybean oil] contains 2% or less of the following: salt, xanthan gum, citric acid, pepper, natural butter flavor); ham (water, dextrose, lite salt [potassium chloride, sodium chloride], sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite); swiss cheese (part skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes).

BAKED: Defrost completely the day before (cooler temperature), preheat oven to 350° open top sandwich lid and bake between 6-8 minutes, or till it reaches an internal temperature 160°.
