VENEZUELAN BRAND CHEESE PASTEL
The Venezuelan Cheese Empanada is prepared with crispy corn our dough, stued with white chesse and traditionally molded into a half-moon shape. It is the perfect companion to any meal of the day or as a snack all by itself.
INGREDIENTS
CRUST
Yellow com, sugar, tapioca starch, salt, chicken base (salt, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, monosodium glutamate, yeast, extract, corn starch, maltodextrin [from com], hydrolyzed soy protein, dried chicken meat, chicken fat, sugar, turmeric, lecithin [emulsifier], caramel color, natural flavoring, prsley flakes, garlic powder, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate).
FILLING
White cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, calcium chloride, and enzymes).
BAKING INSTRUCTION

RAW: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Pre-heat oil to 350°F. Cook for a minimum of 8 minutes or until reach 165°F is obtained.
