Made from yuca dough, this delicious bites are filled with mozzarella cheese. With an irresistible and crispy taste on the outside and melted cheese inside is the perfect companion for appetizers, starters and snacks.

INGREDIENTS

Cassava: Mozzarella cheese (Cultured pasteurized Milk, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose (anti-caking agent), and natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), Soybean Oil, Water, Salt (salt, silicon dioxide, yellow prussiate of soda [anti-caking agent]).

FOR FOOD SAFETY AND BEST QUALITY:

Keep frozen. Before cooking product, thaw it in the refrigerator. Cook thoroughly before eating. Use caution; product will be hot.

BAKING INSTRUCTION

BAKED: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Preheat oil to 350ºF and fry frozen yuca bites for 4 minutes and 15 seconds. Let it sit for 2 minutes after frying.
