VENEZUELAN HAM BITES
The venezuelan Ham Cachito (Cachitos de jamón) is finely chopped ham stuffed and rolled in soft sough. It is the ultimate companion for a delicious breakfast, served as snack or for any time of the day!
INGREDIENTS
CRUST
Flour (bleached wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, enzyme, niacin, reduced iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ascorbic acid), water, margarine (liquid and partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, soy lecithin, vegetable mono and diglycerides, sodium benzoate [preservative], citric acid, natural and artificial flavor, beta carotene [color], vitamin A palmitate added), milk, eggs, sugar, salt, yeast (saccharomyces serevisiae, sorbitol monoestearate, ascorbic acid).
FILLING
Chopped Ham Water Added, (cured with: dextrose, water, salt, potassium lactate, potassium phosphate, sodium díacetate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes cellulose [added to prevent caking])
BAKING INSTRUCTION

BAKED: Defrost completely the day before (cooler temperature), preheat oven to 350° bake between 8-10 minutes, or till it reaches an internal temperature 165°. In Air Fryer Cook Cachitos for 12-15 minutes.

RAW: Keep frozen until ready to cook, use a proofer for fermentation of dough by yeast. Pre-heat oven to 370°F. Coat with egg before baking. Bake for a minimum of 12 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
